Gadwal Vijayalakshmi Reports Sister Missing in Hyderabad
HYDERABAD: Telangana State Women’s Commission Chairperson and former Greater Hyderabad mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi has lodged a complaint with Banjara Hills police alleging that her sister is missing. Police have registered a missing person case and launched a search for the woman.
According to police, K. Namrata, 57, who lives with her family at Kaman in Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, left home at around 10 am on June 4 without informing anyone.
Family Searches for Missing Woman
When Namrata did not return home by evening, family members searched for her in several areas. However, they were unable to trace her whereabouts.
Complaint Names Three Persons
In her complaint, Vijayalakshmi expressed suspicion about the possible involvement of three persons — Satish, 35, Satyanarayana, 45, and Kumari, 45.
Banjara Hills police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
