Two killed in Gachibowli wrong-route crash

HYDERABAD: Two youths were killed in a head-on collision after a scooter travelling on the wrong side crashed into a Bullet motorcycle on the AMB Flyover in the Gachibowli police station limits on Friday morning.

Wrong-route ride ends in fatal collision

According to police, Vinod was riding his Bullet from Gachibowli towards Hafeezpet via the Kondapur AMB Flyover. At the same time, Srikanth and Vitthal were travelling on a scooter from the Hafeezpet side towards Gachibowli on the wrong side of the road.

The speeding scooter collided head-on with the Bullet on the flyover. Srikanth, who was riding the scooter, and pillion rider Vitthal suffered severe injuries and died on the spot.
