Fortune plans ₹ 60,000 crore data centre in Telangana
HYDERABAD: Telangana is set to get a data centre park with an investment of ₹ 60,000 crore and a proposed capacity of 1,200-1,600 megawatts.
Fortune Hospitality and Infra LLP has come forward to set up the project. The state government has allotted 170 acres of Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) land in Survey No. 9 at Thimmaipally in Kandukur mandal of Ranga Reddy district for the project.
Govt allots 170 acres for proposed data centre park
The land has been allotted to the company at ₹ 4 crore per acre.
The proposed data centre park is expected to provide direct employment to 1,000 people and indirect employment to another 4,000.
Project proposed through Fortune group special purpose vehicle
The data centre is proposed to be developed through Fortune’s associate company, Sudiksha Estates LLP, a special purpose vehicle.
