The inspection team found that the establishment failed to provide or display a copy of its FSSAI license. Key records, including pest control logs and medical fitness certificates for food handlers, were missing. Additionally, windows and doors were not properly secured with insect-proof screens. The flooring was in poor condition, with visible water stagnation near the cleaning area. Inside the refrigerator, food items were neither covered nor labeled. The presence of rat feces on racks and the lack of maintained temperature records further raised concerns.

Expired food items, including Tooty Fruity (09/2023), Karonda (04/2024), mixed fruit flavoring agents, and English mustard, were discovered and discarded immediately at the Manohar location. The establishment did not provide medical fitness certificates for food handlers, or water analysis reports for the RO plant. Water stagnation was found in the kitchen drain. Although raw and semi-prepared food items were covered, they were inadequately labeled. Spoilt vegetables, including carrots, tomatoes, onions, and coriander, were also discarded. Live cockroach infestation was observed in both the kitchen and store room, and bread stored in a cold room was found to be uncovered.

This establishment was found lacking a copy of the FSSAI license displayed. Synthetic food colors suspected in non-veg starters were discarded. The inspection revealed a live cockroach infestation in the kitchen and a lack of proper hygiene measures, with food handlers working without hair caps or gloves. Windows and doors were not secured adequately with insect-proof screens. The premises also lacked medical fitness certificates for food handlers and pest control records. Additionally, the ceiling showed signs of loose plastering.
