At Krithunga Train Restaurant, the inspection revealed significant lapses in food safety protocols. Food handlers lacked medical fitness certificates, and no FOSTAC-trained personnel were present.

The kitchen doors were left open without insect-proof screens, and the refrigerators used for storing food were found in unsanitary conditions.

While food items were covered, they were not labeled. Additionally, the same refrigerator was used to store both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.

Rice and wheat bags were stored directly on the floor in the storeroom without adequate spacing from the walls. Open dust bins without lids were identified, and broken tiles were observed in the kitchen food preparation area.

Inspectors also found 10 kg of fungus-infested groundnuts in the store, which were subsequently discarded.

At Bheemavaram Pulao, the inspection uncovered that the establishment was operating with a registration rather than a state license.

The premises did not display a true copy of the FSSAI license, and pest control records along with medical fitness certificates were missing. Similar to the previous inspection, doors and windows were found open without insect-proof screens.

The refrigerator contained semi-prepared and raw food items that were neither covered nor labeled. Fungus-infested carrots were discovered and discarded. Moreover, the same refrigerator was used for storing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items.

A cockroach infestation has been identified in the kitchen storage racks, and food handlers were found not wearing head caps, gloves, or aprons. Open dust bins were present in the kitchen, and synthetic food colors suspected of being used in prepared foods were also discarded.
