The team noted that the kitchen floor was not equipped with drains to remove food waste and the flooring was found to be “patchy” with littering of food waste at a few places.
Food items like tomatoes and potatoes were found in spoilt condition and discarded while raw meat like chicken, mutton etc were found to be dumped in the refrigerator in an unhygienic manner which may cause contamination.
The officials discarded Kissan Tomato Paste (6kg), Vanaspathi (10kg), Oregano (1kg) and Peri Peri Marinade (8kg) that had expired.
