Hyderabad: A major fire broke out at a car mechanic shed in Jeedimetla on Friday, triggering panic among local residents. Fire department personnel rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control.
Blaze erupts at shed on Pipe Line Road
The incident occurred at a mechanic shed located opposite Tirumala Bar on Pipe Line Road in Jeedimetla. According to officials, flames suddenly engulfed the premises, prompting locals to alert emergency services.
Police and fire personnel reached the spot soon after receiving information and launched firefighting operations.
One car completely gutted
A car parked inside the shed was completely gutted in the fire. No casualties were reported.
The extent of the damage to the shed and other property is yet to be assessed.
Police begin investigation
