At Pista House in Malakpet, food safety officials noted several critical issues. The flooring was slippery and lacked proper sloping to prevent water accumulation. Water stagnation was observed at two points in the drains. Officials found 4.5 kg of raw mutton and 200 grams of soya paneer that had exceeded their use-by dates and subsequently discarded them. Additionally, raw onions were stored directly on the floor, and cobwebs were observed in the storeroom. Broken insect-proof screens were also reported.

Burger King
Inspections at Burger King revealed that the establishment displayed a valid FSSAI license. The management provided records of medical fitness, pest control, and water analysis. However, the palm oil used for frying non-vegetarian items was found to have a Total Polar Compound (TPC) value of 27.0, exceeding the maximum permissible limit of 25.0. As a result, 15 liters of cooking oil were seized on the spot.
