The inspectors discover most semi-prepared food articles in the refrigerator are expired or beyond use-by dates and discard them immediately. They note the absence of medical fitness certificates for food handlers. Additionally, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food articles are stored together, violating food safety regulations. However, they observe that the FSSAI License true copy is displayed at the billing counter.
