HYDERABAD: ED raids Bhuvana Teja Real Estates again

HYDERABAD: The Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday raided multiple premises linked to Bhuvana Teja Real Estates and Infra, repeating searches in a case where the company allegedly collected more than ₹70 crore under a “free launch” scheme.

ED acts on CCS Hyderabad case

Officials said a criminal case had already been registered against Bhuvana Teja at the Hyderabad Central Crime Station, following complaints from several investors. Acting on the CCS case, the ED initiated its own inquiry.

Searches at four locations in Hyderabad

ED teams conducted searches at four locations across Hyderabad, including the residence of the company’s managing director Subrahmanyam and the homes of several associates.

Probe focuses on fund mobilisation

Investigators said the search exercise aims to trace the flow of funds collected from investors and examine whether the company diverted the money in violation of financial regulations.

Officials added that further action would follow after examination of seized documents and digital records.
