Dell Technologies, Learning Links plant 500 saplings at Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad
HYDERABAD: As part of the ambitious One Million Trees Plantation drive, DELL Technologies, Hyderabad, in partnership with Learning Links Foundation, embarked on a significant environmental venture by visiting Nehru Zoological Park (NZP) in Hyderabad.
In a commendable effort to contribute to the initiative, DELL Technologies and Learning Links Foundation planted a total of 500 saplings within the zoo premises. These included fruit-bearing plants like Guava and Pomegranate, flower-bearing plants such as Hibiscus and Rose, and avenue plants like Bamboo. The plantation drive aimed not only to enhance the green cover but also to create a more inviting environment for wildlife within the zoo.
A group of approximately 150 Dell employees, led by Mani Shyam, Head of Dell Technologies, Hyderabad, and coordinated by Latha, actively participated in the tree plantation program.

He emphasized the positive impact of fruit-bearing plants, expecting them to attract more birds for feeding and nesting.
