During the inspection, it was found that the Daar Al Mandi restaurant failed to provide the FSSAI license copy. It was also discovered that the Swiggy food delivery app was still accepting orders from this restaurant, even though their license was inactive or expired. The restaurant failed to provide pest control records and medical fitness certificates for their food handlers. The kitchen premises were extremely unhygienic, with patchy flooring and stagnant drain water. The kitchen was open to the outside environment without any insect-proof screens, and houseflies were observed inside. Food safety officials discovered that some of the food handlers were not wearing haircaps, aprons, and gloves. They suspected that synthetic food colors were being used in non-vegetarian food items, so they were immediately discarded. Furthermore, there were no dustbins on the premises, and the restaurant was using carry bags for kitchen waste disposal.
Task force team has conducted inspections in Aramgarh area on 21.08.2024.

Golden Pears – The Multicuisine Restaurant was found to be operating with only a registration certificate instead of a required state license. The restaurant also failed to provide pest control records and medical fitness certificates for its food handlers. Windows were found open to the outside, and houseflies were observed inside the kitchen. Food safety officials discovered raw mutton pieces spillage inside the refrigerator and noted the highly unhygienic condition of the area. Four packets of expired milk were found and discarded on the spot. Unlabelled ghee packets were also discovered in the store area. The use of synthetic food colors in non-vegetarian starters was suspected, and these were discarded immediately. Additionally, some food handlers were found not wearing haircaps and aprons.
