CISCE holds meetings to elevate education standards under NEP-2020
HABSIGUDA: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) held a meeting at the Centre of Excellence in Habsiguda by gathering Principals from ICSE schools across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Wednesday. The meeting was led by the Chief Executive and Secretary of CISCE Dr Joseph Emmanuel and the discussions were focused around the transformative impact of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 on the educational landscape.
Addressing the meeting, Dr Emmanuel underscored the pivotal role of NEP-2020 in shaping the future of education, emphasising the imperative of integrating its guidelines to foster holistic development and innovative teaching methodologies.
The event commenced with a warm welcome from Regional Secretary for the AP and Telangana Region UA. Sundari. She expressed her fervent enthusiasm for collaborative efforts aimed at elevating educational standards in the region.
Graced by the esteemed presence of Chairman of CISCE Dr. Immanuel, and Deputy Secretary of CISCE Dr. Sangeetha Bhatia, the gathering of Principals engaged in insightful exchanges on effectively implementing NEP-2020 to ensure that educational institutions in the region remain at the vanguard of academic excellence.
