Car Washed Away at Medak

In Medak district, a car was swept away in the strong currents of Nagapur stream in Haveli Ghanpur mandal. According to locals, there may have been four passengers inside the car when it was washed away, creating tense scenes in the area.

Hostel Students Rescued

Meanwhile, due to continuous rainfall in the district, floodwater surrounded the Government Women’s Degree College hostel at Ramayampet. Around 350 students were trapped inside the building. With power supply cut off, they faced severe difficulties. Police and municipal staff used ropes to safely evacuate the students from the hostel.
