BRS Srinivas Goud wins MTAR Technologies labour union elections in Hyderabad
HYDERABAD: In the labour union elections at MTAR Technologies Ltd in Balanagar, Hyderabad, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) secured victory, with former minister V Srinivas Goud elected as the president of the Bharat Trade Union. He defeated BJP MP Raghunandan Rao in the contest.
Workers made permanent, basic pay increased
Speaking after his election, Srinivas Goud said discussions with MTAR management led to 359 workers being made permanent and a canteen facility established for employees. He added that workers’ basic pay was increased from 30% to 50%.
Expressing gratitude to the workers for their trust, he assured them that any issue faced by the staff would be resolved.

The programme was attended by MTAR BRTU general secretary Maya Rajayya, chief vice-president Satyaprasad, and vice-presidents Venkateshwara Reddy, Sammaiah, and Rayudu Yadav, among others.
