Manne Krishank demands ED probe into Revanth Reddy family assets

Manne Krishank

HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader Manne Krishank has demanded an Enforcement Directorate (ED) probe into the alleged business interests, assets, investments and financial transactions of Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and his family members.

Speaking at a press conference at Telangana Bhavan, Krishank alleged that businesses linked to the chief minister’s family had expanded while government hospitals and schools faced neglect. He called for an independent probe into the ownership and financial structures of companies he linked to the family.

Krishank questions Maxbien Pharma, Medicover links

Krishank questioned Revanth Reddy’s participation in the inauguration of private healthcare establishments. He also alleged links between Maxbien Pharma, Medicover Hospitals and people associated with the chief minister’s family.

He sought scrutiny of ownership structures, shareholdings and investments. He also called for an examination of related-party transactions and fund movements involving the companies.

Krishank further raised questions about Sahrudaya Healthcare. He alleged links between the company and individuals associated with the chief minister’s family.

“These are not questions being raised in the air. We are placing documents, company records and financial details before the public and the investigating agencies,” Krishank said.

He also alleged that ₹13,000 crore in black money had entered the legitimate financial system through transactions linked to Medicover. He demanded an ED investigation into the claim. However, the material provided for this report does not independently establish the allegation.

BRS leader questions Hyundai dealership ownership

Krishank also questioned the ownership of Geetha Automotive and its Hyundai dealership operations in Hyderabad.

He alleged that five Hyundai showrooms came up after Revanth Reddy met senior Hyundai representatives in South Korea.

Geetha Hyundai’s website identifies the group as an authorised sales and service dealer for Hyundai Motor India in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Public corporate records list Geetha Automotive LLP as an active entity incorporated in March 2021.

The records name Nymisha Reddy Anumula and Satyanarayana Reddy Goluguri as designated partners.

Krishank questioned the company’s ownership and investment structure. He also raised questions about the interests of Dumpa Sirisha, whom he described as an investor.

“Who are the real investors? Who are the beneficial owners? What is the source of the investment? These questions can be answered only through an independent financial investigation,” he said.

Krishank alleges family assets worth over ₹50,000 crore

Krishank alleged that the Revanth Reddy family had accumulated assets and business interests worth more than ₹50,000 crore over the past two years.

He demanded the public disclosure of the family’s assets, investments, companies and business transactions.

He also challenged members of the chief minister’s family to participate in an open discussion on the allegations.

“If the members of Revanth Reddy’s family come for a discussion and prove that my allegations are wrong, I will withdraw them, apologise and never speak about the Chief Minister’s family again,” Krishank said.

Krishank also questioned whether Revanth Reddy and his family would face an independent probe into their businesses, assets, investments and financial transactions.

He said the BRS would submit documents and details about the alleged business interests to President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and Telangana political leaders.

BRS seeks central agency probe

Krishank urged the Centre and the ED to investigate the alleged business dealings, assets, investments, shareholding patterns and financial transactions involving Revanth Reddy and his family members.

“The law must be the same for everyone. If the BJP-led Central Government is serious about tackling corruption and black money, it must order an impartial ED investigation into these allegations,” he said.

Meanwhile, Krishank referred to his previous arrests and police action at his residence.

“I have already been sent to jail twice. My house doors have been broken open. What more can they do? I will continue to question those in power and demand accountability,” he said.
