BRS stays away from Vice-President election: KTR

HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has decided to stay away from the upcoming Vice-President election. Party president K Chandrasekhar Rao said the party would not support either the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) or the Congress, as BRS maintains equal distance from both.
The Vice-President election will be held on Tuesday. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has nominated C P Radhakrishnan, while the Opposition bloc has fielded Justice Sudarshan Reddy from Telangana.
