Boy falls into open nala in Macca Colony, residents demand action
TADBUND: A young boy, along with his cycle, fell into an open Nala at Macca Colony in Tadbund as ongoing construction work was halted a month ago. Though locals swiftly rescued the boy, but they allege that a portion of the Nala remains uncovered, leading to safety issues such as accidents and inconvenience to residents and pedestrians.

Residents also allege stagnant drainage water in the Nala is causing a mosquito menace in the colony. They demanded urgent action to clear the water and cover the open portion of the Nala as soon as possible to avoid any untoward incidents.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) forwarded the complaint to the Strategic Nala Development Plan (SNDP) and assured to take all precautionary measures for the safety of the citizens.The following post shows the incident of boy falling into nala and the locals rescuing the boy
