Rangareddy Court Grants Bail to Bolla Brahmanaidu

HYDERABAD: A court in Rangareddy district has granted bail to former YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) MLA Bolla Brahmanaidu in a case related to the alleged creation of fake Government Orders (GOs) and an attempt to acquire government land worth hundreds of crores of rupees.

Court Imposes Bail Conditions

The court directed Brahmanaidu to appear before the concerned police station once every 15 days. It also ordered him to furnish two sureties of ₹20,000 each as part of the bail conditions.

Case Relates to Alleged Fake GOs

Brahmanaidu was arrested in connection with allegations that fake Government Orders were created as part of a plan to secure government land valued at several hundred crores of rupees. The case is currently under investigation.
