What led to the fatal stabbing of a 29-year-old man in Hyderabad’s Balapur?

HYDERABAD: A 29-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death following a dispute at Mariyam Colony in Balapur in the early hours of Monday.
The victim, identified as Fahad Bin Abdul Rahman Balkhashar, ran a vehicle washing service centre. Police said he was attacked around 2.30 am after two men, identified as Salam Boum and Sayeed Boum, allegedly called him outside for talks.
Fahad sustained grievous injuries in the attack and was shifted to Owaisi Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment.
Earlier confrontation reportedly settled
According to police, Fahad and the two suspects knew each other through a local gym. Investigators said an earlier confrontation between them had reportedly been defused by the victim’s brother.
Police suspect the dispute escalated before the fatal assault, though the exact motive is yet to be established.
Search launched for absconding suspects
A case has been registered, and efforts are under way to trace the two suspects, who are absconding.
Police said further investigation is in progress, and more details are awaited.
