Balanagar police return lost gold chain
HYDERABAD: Balanagar police traced and returned a three-tola gold chain lost by a woman from the Chintal area. The chain was handed over to her on Friday.
Loss occurred during hospital visit in Kukatpally
According to Balanagar Police Station station house officer T. Narasimharaju, the woman had lodged a complaint stating that she lost the chain while returning home after visiting a diagnostic centre in Kukatpally with her son for medical tests on the 30th.
During the visit, her son had removed the gold chain and handed it to her. While returning home, the family stopped for food near a hotel close to the IDPL Factory area, where the chain was misplaced.
Woman thanks police for swift recovery
After receiving the complaint, the Balanagar crime team used technical assistance to trace the chain within hours and returned it to the complainant. She thanked the police for recovering the gold chain quickly.
