Attapur Police bind over 13 rowdy sheeters to maintain public order

HYDERABAD: In a preventive measure aimed at maintaining public peace and curbing criminal activity, Attapur Police produced 13 rowdy sheeters before the Executive Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Rajendranagar Zone, S. Srinivas, IPS, and secured bind-over orders for good behaviour.
The action was taken against identified offenders with a history of involvement in unlawful activities. Police said the move was intended to prevent any breach of peace and enhance public safety in the Rajendranagar Zone.
Officials said strict surveillance is being maintained on anti-social elements and history sheeters across the zone. They warned that any violation of bind-over conditions or attempts to disturb public order would invite stringent legal action.
The police reiterated their commitment to ensuring law and order and maintaining a safe environment for residents in the area.
