Andhra man arrested for multiple cheating cases in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The Women Safety Wing in the East Zone of Hyderabad has apprehended a man for allegedly defrauding numerous individuals through various deceptive methods. Manda Venkata Kamesh (30) is the son of Satyanarayana Sastry, Mortha Village, Undrajavaram Mandal, in the West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh.

According to the police investigation, Kamesh is accused in multiple cheating and criminal intimidation cases registered against him at various police stations in the city, including Madhapur, WPS East Zone, Chilkalguda, Abids, and Pattabhipuram police station in Guntur District. A Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) had been pending against him before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court in Nampally.

The successful arrest was made possible through the combined efforts of Constables V. Ramesh and P. Narender, with technical support from PC K. Suresh Rao. The operation was supervised by Inspector Mahesh Goud of the Women Police Station, East Zone. Their dedication and effective teamwork received high praise from the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of the Women Safety Wing.
