Hyderabad: Actor Chiranjeevi took to social media on February 21, 2025, to clarify reports regarding his mother, Konidela Anjana Devi’s health. Earlier, there were rumors suggesting that she was unwell and hospitalized.
In his post on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), Chiranjeevi addressed the speculation, stating, “I want to clarify that she was a little indisposed for a couple of days. She is hale and hearty and perfectly alright now.” He also requested media outlets to avoid publishing speculative reports about her health.

On a personal note, Chiranjeevi recently celebrated his wedding anniversary with his wife, Surekha. The couple marked the occasion while traveling to Dubai, surrounded by close friends. On January 29, 2025, Chiranjeevi and his family celebrated the 75th birthday of his mother, Anjana Devi. The celebration, held at Chiranjeevi’s home, was a heartfelt family gathering with his son Ram Charan and daughter-in-law Upasana Konidela present.
Chiranjeevi shared a special video on Instagram capturing the warm moments of the celebration, including the grand welcome for Anjana Devi and a cake-cutting ceremony. He also sang “Happy Birthday Anjanamma” to mark the occasion.
