Accident causes traffic snarls on Attapur–Mehdipatnam route
HYDERABAD: An accident reported near Pillar No. 41 on the Attapur–Mehdipatnam stretch slowed vehicular movement on Monday, leading to congestion in the surrounding areas.
Traffic police personnel were deployed at the spot to regulate movement and ease the backlog of vehicles. Commuters travelling towards Mehdipatnam experienced delays, particularly during peak hours, officials said.
Authorities advised motorists to drive cautiously, follow traffic diversions and instructions on the ground, and use alternate routes to avoid inconvenience. No details were immediately available on injuries or damage to vehicles.
