250 students to benefit as Hyderabad Titans Round Table 303 builds new classrooms in Shankarpally

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Titans Round Table 303 (HTRT 303) inaugurated four new classrooms in two government schools near Shankarpally, on the outskirts of Hyderabad, on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. The project, costing Rs 37 lakh, was funded entirely through donations.
Three of the classrooms were constructed at Mandal Praja Parishad Primary School Boys (MPPS) in Shankarpally. With financial support from ZF India Pvt. Ltd. under its CSR initiative, the Rs 30 lakh project will benefit approximately 250 students. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Krishnaswamy Jambunathan, Vice President & Head of ZF Tech Center India, along with colleagues Rakesh Mishra, Siva Ram Kumar Yerukonda, and Sudhir Narisetty. They were joined by Headmistress Udaya Sri and Round Tablers Harshit Seth, B. Lokesh Reddy, Akhil Dundoo, and Chaitanya Chinnam.
Speaking at the event, Krishnaswamy highlighted the importance of good classrooms for effective learning. “A positive classroom environment fosters student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement,” he said, expressing ZF India’s commitment to supporting educational initiatives.
Tabler Harshit Seth highlighted that well-maintained classrooms contribute to better academic performance and fewer behavioral issues. “Our chapter has constructed 50 classrooms in various government schools, benefiting around 2,500 children,” he added.
Udaya Sri, the Headmistress, thanked HTRT 303 and ZF India for transforming a once dilapidated building into modern classrooms. “The government alone cannot address all our needs. We rely on organizations like Round Table to improve our infrastructure,” she said. The school plans to double its enrollment to over 450 students in the next one to two years.
Additionally, a fourth classroom was constructed at MPUPS, Chandippa, near Shankarpally, at a cost of Rs 7 lakh. This classroom was funded by Jaladanki Venkata Krishna.
